I had a terrible experience purchasing a GLE 63 S AMG from this dealership. At first, everything seemed fine—I had a test drive and discussed the details with the dealer. I was told the paperwork would be ready within 2 working days, and they promised to provide red export plates for me to drive back. After waiting 2 days, I had to follow up myself, only to be told the paperwork wasn’t ready yet. Once it was finally ready, I couldn’t pick up the car on the agreed Friday because they claimed they were “too busy.” When I came on Monday, they assured me the export plates would be ready. This was a lie. Instead, they tried to force me to buy yellow plates (illegal to use outside Germany) and demanded cash, promising a €280 refund later. To make matters worse, when I refused, they called the police to force me off their property! To this day, I haven’t received the €280 refund, and the entire experience showed how unreliable and unprofessional this dealership is. They don’t keep their promises, don’t stick to appointments, and the cars are not dealership-serviced as claimed. Avoid this place at all costs!Mehr bei golocal
