I had a couple of satisfactory experiences with this garage. They were not particularly friendly, but relatively efficient and fixed small problems with my age-old Saab for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, my good impression was recently shattered. I was in the hospital and the car broke down on a Saturday while a friend was driving. She called the ADAC and eventually had it towed to Carparts. I wrote an e-mail and sent them the ADAC diagnostic report. About one week later, I got a call informing me that it would cost 300 euros before they would even *look* at it to “establish what is wrong”. When I mentioned the ADAC diagnosis, the man (quite rudely) said “then let them fix it”. After a short e-mail exchange, with theirs being contradictory and poorly-worded, I was informed that they weren’t interested in my business and I should pick up the car ASAP. I tried calling to discuss what I generously called “a misunderstanding”, but was stonewalled by the receptionist. They showed a total lack of coherent communication and were utterly unprofessional.
