I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent interaction I had with one of your sales representatives, A women who comes from Iran, she told me she is 60 years old and refused to give me her name. at your location Seckenheimerstr Str 11 Mannheim. Papillon. During my visit on [Wednesday 07.02.24 at 13:00 ], I found the attitude and behavior of her to be extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and she literally started body shaming me. She was telling me she also had big breasts and she went to Turkey to do a surgery and maybe l can look into doing the surgery like her and she did her stomach as well. She said my weight is not bad but my breasts are too big which makes it harder for me to get a dress or anything that can fit me. The whole conversation was about her and her operation.
